Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
